Beyond his athletic accomplishments, Naresh has made substantial contributions to fields such as sanitation, waste management, and political strategy. His impactful endeavors have earned recognition in the book "Manifesto for Change" authored by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, the 11th President of India, in collaboration with Dr. Ponraj.

A transformative moment in Naresh's journey unfolded through the influence of his friend, Dr. Shanmuga Priya, who introduced him to the realm of neurodiversity.
